Pay starts at a $10,000 annualized rate (part-time) PLUS COMMISSION. With the expectation that commission is be a significant portion of overal salary. This part time is basically a "paid-audition" until there is proof of concept that the staff is a good fit and will be successful with our company, where only a few hours per day at part time can be extrapolated towards a full time position to evaluate their full potential.
Medsurity Experts is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Expert Liaison for a remote role with strong growth potential. This position offers the opportunity to move into a full-time role with base salary and uncapped commission for high performers. Join us to play a key role in connecting top physicians with high-impact medicolegal cases.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with physicians who can serve as expert witnesses in medicolegal cases
- Communicate with medical professionals via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Learn and continually refine your outreach approach to effectively present opportunities to physicians
- Maintain highly organized and detail-oriented records of all outreach, physician information, and case-related documentation
- Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Send a daily end-of-day summary to executive staff outlining activity and progress
- Remain consistently available and responsive via phone and email
- Handle high-responsibility tasks with a strong commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and patient care
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and diligence in handling medical and legal information
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident demeanor
- Highly organized, reliable, and responsive
- Comfortable working remotely and proactive in completing tasks independently
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Trustworthy and committed—this role requires long-term dedication due to specialized training
Role Structure & Growth Path:
- This position is designed as a long-term, full-time opportunity
- Candidates will begin with an initial introductory period at a reduced, part-time compensation level
- This period is intended to provide hands-on training and evaluate performance
- Candidates who meet expectations will quickly transition into a full-time role with base salary and uncapped commission
